Anna started practicing Iyengar Yoga in 1998.Since that time, yoga has become an integral part of her life providing rewards far beyond the physical benefits of strength, balance and flexibility. Anna is a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, Junior Intermediate Level 2, and has a BSc in Exercise Science/Athletic Therapy which provides her with a solid background in Anatomy, Physiology and injury management. Anna continues to train under senior Iyengar Yoga teachers and at the Iyengar Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India. Her teaching style is dynamic yet responsive to individual needs.
